职责：
- Responsibilities of the Role:
- Provide product technical support to customer
- Studying, troubleshooting and resolve products technical problems
- Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate the product performance to customers
- Effectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer issues
- Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
- Provide onsite support and training
要求：
- Requirements:
- Possess at least certificate in engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical/mechatronic/electromechanical/software or a similar field.)
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
- At least 1-2 years above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Familiar and experience on automation products is an added advantage.
- Have knowledge of PLC/PC programming is an added advantage
- Aggressive, hardworking, self- motivated, good temper controlling & good personal attitude and discipline.
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel
