Designed to meet the voltage sag requirements specified in SEMI F47, the voltage sag immunity standard for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, supporting stable production line operation.

High Efficiency, Energy Efficient, and Low Noise
Achieves power conversion efficiency of up to 98.6%,⁽²⁾ reducing power consumption and CO₂ emissions while supporting the achievement of the SDGs. The product can reuse regenerative power,⁽³⁾ further enhancing energy efficiency.

Flexible Product Lineup
